Ember is a thermal bathhouse opening in Seattle, operated by Pacific Thermae Group Inc. (“Ember,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect on emberseattle.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Waitlist: your name, email address, and zip code.
  • Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you send.
  • Site usage: standard technical data such as browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected through our hosting provider and any analytics we use.

How we use it

  • To send you updates about Ember, including opening dates, founding-member offers, and events.
  • To reply to messages you send us.
  • To understand where interest is coming from and plan capacity.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who handles your data

We use service providers to run the site and send email, including our email platform, form processing, and web hosting. They process your data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Email and unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at joe@emberseattle.com to be removed at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and contact information until you ask us to delete it or until it is no longer needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email joe@emberseattle.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify the waitlist by email.
